Edit Chinese text in HTML file

Recently I needed to help a friend develop a website in Chinese, and I didn't have the right tools.

I am used to notepad++ to edit my html files but I found that it doesn't support Chinese characters.

After searching high and low, I have finally found SeaMonkey. SeaMonkey is a Web-browser, advanced e-mail and newsgroup client, IRC chat client, and HTML editing made simple -- all your Internet needs in one application.

You probably don't need all of them, and you can opt out during the installation. Its free, and it works for me.
